Booking an appointment
Existing Patients
If you are an existing patient of the practice, you should have a username and password to access our online booking system. Please email us if you need a reminder. Existing patients are able to book most appointments directly in our online diary e.g. checkups, routine treatment, cleaning and emergencies.
Simply select 'Existing Patient Appointment' and choose 20 minutes for a check up or 40 minutes for an emergency. For other treatments your treatment plan will indicate the length of appointment required. Please select 'Other Treatment' and your appointment length as indicated.

New Patients
If you have not attended the practice before you will need to choose the type of appointment you require.
If you have an urgent problem you will need to select a 'New Patient' appointment of 45 minutes for emergency treatment. If you don’t have an urgent problem or just need a check up please choose a 'New Patient' appointment of 30 minutes for a check up.
You can register for a username and password online by filling out our enrolment form and then choose the appointment that is convienent for you. These details will be confirmed and an confirmation email sent to you.
