Appointment Instructions
1) Open Appointment Diary click here
2) Select Appointment Category:
- Existing Patient Appointments for checkups, treatments and emergencies for patients who have visited before
- New Patient Appointments for new patient examinations and emergencies
- Other Services for children's checkups and if directed by existing treatment plan
3) Login or Register
If you have registered previously please enter you username and password. You can have these emailed to your registered address.
If you are new to the practice you will need to 'complete enrollment' to register your details.
4) Choose an appointment
a) Select how long an appointment you require.
- For new patient examinations this is 30 minutes.
- For new patient or existing patient Emergencies this is 40 minutes.
- For regular six month check ups for existing patients this is 20 minutes.
- For all other treatment this should be the time indicated on your treatment plan.

5) Confirm Details
Your choices will be shown. Please confirm these are correct and the click 'Make Appointment'
You will then receive a confirmation email from us.
If you do not receive confirmation please email us.
Now you are ready to use our online diary!

Moving your appointment:
If you require to change or cancel an appointment you may do so with at least 24 hours notice by selecting 'My appointments' in the menu bar of the diary (you must login first).
